WBC Eldership Team

The eldership team at WBC are involved in the spiritual shepherding of the church. They sense the spiritual vision, mission and direction that  God has for us and help to lead the church towards that goal. As part of this, along with the Minister they determine and oversee the worship, teaching, prayer and study programmes within the church.

The elders and Minister meet every two weeks to pray and discuss church leadership and pastoral matters.
